A microschool is a small, community-centered learning environment that offers a personalized education experience you won’t find in traditional schools. Unlike large classrooms where students can easily fall behind or get lost in the crowd, microschools keep class sizes intentionally small—so every child is known, supported, and empowered to grow.
At Grace Place Learning Lab, we serve students in grades Kindergarten through 5th through a microschool model designed to slow down, focus on foundational skills, and build confidence in a safe, structured environment. Our flexible approach gives us the freedom to pause and reteach when needed—so no child is forced to move on before they’re ready.
As a former South Phoenix public school teacher, I saw students with so much potential slip through the cracks—distracted by social pressures, overwhelmed by rigid pacing, or simply overlooked. Grace Place is different. Here, your child will receive the focused attention, encouragement, and care they deserve.

Meet Our Founder
Hi, I’m Briannah, the founder of Grace Place Learning Lab in Phoenix, Arizona.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies from UT Permian Basin and have completed graduate coursework in Instructional Technology at Grand Canyon University. Teaching is more than a career to me—it’s my calling and spiritual gift.
I believe in the power of education. It’s one of the most powerful tools we can give a child- something no one can take away. It opens doors, builds confidence, and shapes the future. With over 10 years of experience as a public school teacher, I’ve seen firsthand how traditional education often fails to meet the diverse needs of students. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to making sure every child I work with feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
This belief led me to create Grace Place Learning Lab, a faith-rooted, student-centered microschool where learning is hands-on, flexible, and deeply personal. Here, every child is seen, supported, and given the space to thrive.
